Capital Growth Medvest Welcomes
Brad Glossinger and John Staton IV to Team
Capital Growth Medvest, LLC, a leader in healthcare real estate development and investment, is pleased to announce the hiring of Brad Glossinger as senior vice president of development and John Staton IV as vice president of development. Both Brad and John will play key roles in expanding Medvest’s portfolio and strengthening its relationships with healthcare providers nationwide.
Brad Glossinger Joins as Senior Vice President of Development
As a seasoned healthcare real estate developer, Brad will provide leadership in the development and implementation of strategic growth and project initiatives. “Brad’s extensive industry knowledge and strong relationships make him a tremendous asset to our leadership team,” said Joseph Baugh, managing partner at Medvest. “His expertise in medical office development and his proven track record with major healthcare systems will be crucial as we continue to grow in key markets.”
Brad joins Medvest from Onicx Group, where he served as vice president of healthcare development, collaborating with HCA’s real estate team on their third-party developer strategy for medical office buildings throughout the Southeast. Prior to that, he was Senior Director of Development at Healthpeak Properties (formerly HCP), overseeing new healthcare developments and medical office property redevelopments nationwide. His work with major hospital systems has significantly contributed to the expansion of healthcare real estate.
“I’m thrilled to join the exceptional team at Medvest,” said Glossinger. “The company’s commitment to developing innovative healthcare facilities aligns perfectly with my passion for creating spaces that enhance patient care while delivering value to providers. I look forward to driving Medvest’s continued success.”
A Belmont University graduate and Nashville native, Brad has built strong relationships within the healthcare industry. He is also an active volunteer at his church in Nashville. He will be based in Medvest’s Nashville office and oversee development projects across the country.
John Staton IV Named Vice President of Development
John will focus on project development, fostering relationships with healthcare organizations, and identifying new growth opportunities. “John brings a dynamic blend of sales, development acumen and relationship-building skills,” said Joseph Baugh. “His strong background in revenue generation and strategic partnerships, combined with his competitive drive, makes him a valuable addition to our team.”
John graduated from Samford University and earned a master’s degree from the University of Georgia. As a national champion on the Georgia football team, he brings a competitive mindset and strategic approach to Medvest’s development initiatives.
Both Brad and John began their roles at Capital Growth Medvest in early March and will contribute to the firm’s continued expansion in healthcare real estate.
