AdventHealth Wesley Chapel MOB

The new AdventHealth medical office building is located on its existing campus in Wesley Chapel, Fla. The 3-story, 96,000-square-foot facility will offer treatments across a wide range of specialties, including oncology, orthopedics and physical therapy.

Moffitt Cancer Center and AdventHealth have partnered to offer outpatient cancer treatment. In addition to oncology, the multi-specialty facility offers minimally invasive spine surgery, pain management, orthopedics, physical therapy, and classroom space. In the future, it might also include an ambulatory surgery center.

Brasfield & Gorrie, a nationally ranked construction firm, acted as the project’s general contractor. HuntonBrady Architects, recognized with 65 American Institute Design Awards, was the architect of AdventHealth’s Wesley Chapel campus.
