Medvest Completes Medical Construction in Pensacola, FL
Capital Growth Medvest has completed the construction of Cornerstone Surgicare, an ambulatory surgery center in Pensacola, Fla. The 5,500 sf. medical real estate facility was designed by Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood and built by Bradford Building Company. The property’s tenants are Pain Consultants of West Florida and Practice Partners in Healthcare, Inc. Capital Growth Medvest is both the project’s owner and developer.
Pain Consultants of West Florida diagnoses and treats patients with a wide range of both chronic and acute pain. Their new surgery center is located on the same campus property as their existing medical office building — simplifying their patients’ needs.
Practice Partners in Healthcare works with highly-trained physicians in each community served to provide the formost care in both surgical and related services. The privately-held company is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama.
