May 6th, 2026 marked an exciting milestone for the Medvest team as we celebrated the opening of a new behavioral health hospital in Lynchburg, Virginia, developed in partnership with Centra Health and Lifepoint Health.
The ribbon-cutting represents the culmination of a tremendous collaborative effort and, more importantly, a significant investment in expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare for Lynchburg and the surrounding communities. We’re proud to have played a role in bringing this important facility to life and grateful to the partners, design and construction teams, and countless individuals who made it possible.
The day also marked continued progress for another Medvest project in Denton, Texas, where our team joined Texas Health Resources and Lifepoint Health for the topping-out of a new inpatient rehabilitation facility.
Two projects. Two communities. One shared commitment to developing healthcare facilities that expand access to care and make a lasting impact.
