CG Medvest Acquires Great Falls Clinic Surgery Center

GREAT FALLS, MONT.

Capital Growth Medvest, in partnership with Physicians Realty Trust, recently acquired Great Falls Clinic Surgery Center in Great Falls, Montana. The outpatient facility is just over 16,000 sq. ft. and operated as an ambulatory surgery center and medical office. Additionally, it includes doctors’ consultation offices, patient preparation areas and a recovery area. The Great Falls Clinic Surgery Center is led by Montana’s largest independent group of physicians — serving over 200,000 residents in the seventeen nearby counties.

“While some may be distracted by the current healthcare changes, select clients are realizing the opportunity to capitalize on the lethargic state of their competition,” said Capital Growth Medvest’s managing partner, Joseph Baugh. “Interest rates — in combination with attractive real estate pricing — are creating an ideal, low cost environment for both securing and improving market share. As a property owner, developer and partner with healthcare providers, we know the direct impact of the solutions we’ve provided, as well as the potential opportunities we are currently discussing with clients.”

The property’s previous owner, Great Falls Clinic Realty, is now better equipped to improve its eight facilities and expand into new markets. Great Falls Clinic is a multi-specialty, medical practice with primary, related secondary and urgent care service offerings. As the fourth oldest medical clinic west of the Mississippi, their mission is to become Montana’s healthcare choice. The new capital structure, provided by Capital Growth Medvest, brings additional resources to the physicians’ partnership — helping Great Falls Clinic deliver the best care to Montana’s residents.
