Kathy Brewer, Medvest’s latest hire, has helped manage and close both small and multi-million dollar projects. Ms. Brewer’s previous experience as a Project Manager with Birmingham’s Medical Properties Trust and Southern Company is an immediate asset to assist MedVest.
Kathy Brewer will oversee the completion of all construction, design and underwriting projects at Medvest. This will involve her managing multiple teams and projects across the Southeast.
