Medvest completed the sale of Athens Urgent Care facility. The 5,000-square-foot build-to-suit project was completed for Urgent Medcare, Inc., a Huntsville-based operator of urgent care facilities. The new healthcare center is located near Athens’ highly-trafficked Publix shopping center. The area’s traffic flow is boosted by its proximity to the major exit from I-65. The Montgomery-based purchaser was represented by Grimaldi Commercial Realty.
