GREAT FALLS, MONT.

The new Great Falls Clinic Medical Center has reached its final height – a major milestone in the construction of the 65,000 sq ft facility. Today, the project team, led by medical real estate developer, Capital Growth Medvest, is celebrating the event by placing a pine tree atop of the new medical facility.

Brasfield & Gorrie, general contractor, broke ground in August 2014 on the multi-specialty medical practice designed by architects Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood. Construction is scheduled to reach completion in fall 2015.

The facility, owned by Great Falls Clinic and Surgery Partners, will include a 19-bed hospital, emergency department, and a combination of operating and procedure rooms. Great Falls Clinic is the fourth-oldest medical clinic west of the Mississippi and strives to serve the needs of 17 Montana counties. Surgery Partners is a healthcare operator and developer with a nationwide network of over 100 facilities spanning across 28 states.

“With today’s topping out, we are one step closer to enhancing Great Falls Clinic’s services and capacity to care for the local community,” said Lynn Jones, senior project manager at Brasfield & Gorrie.
