Our team is developing a new 65,000-square-foot inpatient rehab center for LifePoint. The Texas Health Resource Rehabilitation Hospital is currently well under construction in Denton, Texas and is expected to be completed in early 2027.
The 50-bed rehabilitation center will provide intensive nursing, physical and occupational therapy, and speech pathology services for patients suffering from neurological injuries and illnesses.
JE Dunn, based in Nashville, Tennessee, is the project’s general contractor. Earl Swensson, also based in Nashville, is the Rehabilitation Hospital architect.
