Our team is developing a new 65,000-square-foot inpatient rehab center for LifePoint. The Centra Rehabilitation Hospital will be built side by side next to the new Centra Behavioral Health Hospital on Simons Run.
The 50-bed rehabilitation center will provide intensive nursing, physical and occupational therapy, and speech pathology services for patients suffering from neurological injuries and illnesses.
JE Dunn, based in Nashville, Tennessee, is the project’s general contractor. Earl Swensson, also based in Nashville, is the Rehabilitation Hospital architect.
This expansion allows us to address a significant community need by improving access to inpatient rehabilitation and behavioral health services in the Lynchburg area. We are thrilled to play a pivotal role in bringing these vital services to the region.
