Capital Growth Medvest, in partnership with SeniorCare, purchased Greenway Business Park, a medical office building, in Birmingham, Alabama. The 21,425 square-foot building is located in Homewood at 1280 Columbiana Road.
SeniorCare, a geriatric healthcare service provider, is designed to meet the individual needs of older adults. In January of 2014, SeniorCare will join the properties existing tenants: Nephrology Associates, SouthernCare Hospice and Brookwood Hospital’s newly-acquired sleep lab.
