Capital Growth Medvest has recently broken ground on the new 34-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Billings, Mont. The new rehab facility, a tri-venture among St. Vincent Healthcare, Billings Clinic, and Kindred Healthcare (“Kindred”) (NYSE: KND), is expected to open in the second-quarter of 2019.
The rehabilitation hospital will offer all private rooms and treat patients recovering from conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury.
Langlas & Associates, founded in 1973, has been selected as the general contractor. The 39,400-square-foot hospital is designed by Earl Swensson Associates, Inc, recognized as a leader among healthcare architecture firms.
